I have been ordering for several years. The variety, both meal wise and goal wise, is unbelievable especially when it never strays from quality. I never feel like I am dieting and always feel satisfied by the portion sizes. I have tried several meal prep companies and was left disappointed for either taste, lack of consistency in measuring portions, or quality of food. I have not had that problem with Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep!
The healthy meals are delicious!! I’m a very very picky eater and have tried other meal preps and they don’t compare to Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep. I tried Chef Alex’s meals and was sold on the first bite. Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep is worth the price because it saves you the time and trouble of meal prepping and the ingredients are top quality. The portions are a good size and they do fill you up. I've been struggling with countless other meal prep vendors or meal prepping at home, you name it l've tried it. Thankfully, I came across Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep and my life has changed for the better. The service is great and super convenient for me, the owner is respectful and receptive to feedback, and the food is out of this world!! Seriously love the dynamic menu on a weekly basis! I seriously cannot recommend this enough, at least give them a shot because you will not be disappointed! Absolutely the best the cleanest the most delicious food on the planet. Weather you do performance, keto or fit you cannot lose everything is amazing. Within 2 to 3 weeks my digestive system changed regular bowel movements and body fat is starting to melt off without any exercise just changing my diet 70% of the time with this food. I have already regained an inch and a half off my waist all fat !! This food watching everything it will change your life if you let it This is not a joke. It’s the real deal.
I am very satisfied with the quality and options of food from this place. I enjoy having a different menu every week and they still bring back some of my favorites from passed weeks. My favorite have been the pulled chicken Enchiladas and I absolutely love the protein chocolate chip cookies. They make eating healthy very convenient and not boring and I'm grateful for that.
Hands down, THE best meal prep I've tried! The menu changes weekly and every meal is absolutely delicious! I especially love the enchiladas, steak, curry and all the breakfast options (like the peanut butter protein pancakes!)... but seriously, EVERY meal has been unbelievably good! I don't even feel like I'm dieting - yet have managed to lose weight, gain energy and feel full all throughout the day! Unlike other meal delivery services I've tried, ordering is super easy and straightforward. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding and they constantly offer promo codes for their loyal customers! Healthy and Fresh Meal Prep is truly a godsend!!!
This meal prep service has been my favorite by far. They offer a great variety of food. I have yet to get tired of any. Everything is high protien and makes tracking your macros all that easier! Definitely recommend 10/10
This is such a great local option for meal preps that are actually delicious!! I always go back to these meals when I need a break from cooking and thinking of what to eat that's healthy. The variety is so good and the meats are always cooked to retain moisture and texture. Photo is the sun dried tomato cod. I have no idea how they made this pesto, but it is incredible. Edit: If you see this review and want to sell me a jar of this pesto, hit me up.
